Job Description:

As a React Native Full Stack Developer, you will be working across our entire product range – from our mobile application to our core backend systems. You will work collaboratively with our team to design, develop, test, and implement new features and improve the existing ones. You’ll play a key role in shaping the direction of our product, making decisions that affect the whole company, and directly influencing our future success.

Responsibilities:

• Developing new user-facing features using React Native.
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Optimising components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
• Working with backend services to design and consume RESTful APIs.
• Testing and validating software and mobile applications.
• Participating in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.
• Collaborating with team members to define, design, and ship new features.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
• Thorough understanding of React Native and its core principles.
• Experience with popular React Native workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of modern authorisation mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token or AWS Cognito.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a team player.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with native mobile development (iOS/Android).
• Familiarity with code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development.
